Committed = Actual (January → cut-off) + Forecasted (cut-off + 1 → December, excluding PO lines closed with “X”). Not Committed = Budget − Committed. Red, in brackets: Budget shortage. Invoiced / Accrued = Actual split by the document types chosen in Select data (a type ticked on one side disappears from the other). Budget Change Request (button on): the BCR amount is added to the Budget of its cost object and cost element when its year is the cut-off year.

Files are recognised by their columns, whatever their name. If there are several of the same kind, the most recent one is used; “Archive” sub-folders are ignored.

Budget & Actuals (required): columns Actual, Budget, Cal. Year/Month…, PO Item…, Cost Object…
Forecast (required): columns PO Value in LC, Calendar Year/Month…, PO Item…, Final Delivery…
Budget Change Request (optional): columns WBS, Old CE, Value Type, Cost (USD), used by the Budget Change Request button.
Structure (recommended): master data with WBS / WBS Description and CC / CC Description sheets, for cost object names and levels L5…L1.
